Financial Assistant
The Financial Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the Financial Department, for example, ensuring that the organization has their bookkeeping in order for budgets and taxes. Entering data into the system and updating financial records are some of the tasks involved.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep records of invoices and tax payments.

Jr. Inspection Engineer
The Jr. Inspection Engineer is responsible for supporting the inspection activities of various industrial components and systems, including non-destructive testing (NDT) and API inspections. The role involves ensuring that all industrial components and systems meet safety and quality standards as per ASNT and API regulations. The Jr. Inspection Engineer will work closely with senior inspectors to maintain compliance with industry standards.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- ASNT Level I or Level II certification in at least one NDT method (UT, RT, PT, or MT) is preferred.
- Knowledge of API standards (e.g., API 510, API 570) is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred, but fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine NDT inspections as per ASNT standards, including ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), liquid penetrant testing (PT), and magnetic particle testing (MT).
- Assist in conducting inspections in accordance with API standards (API 510, API 570) on pressure vessels, pipelines, and storage tanks.
- Support in preparing and maintaining accurate inspection reports and documentation.
- Assist senior inspectors in the development and execution of inspection plans and ensure all inspections are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Report any non-conformities or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.

OCTG Inspector
The OCTG Inspector performs inspection of Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) including drill pipe, tubing, casing, pup joints, and connections using visual inspection and specialized techniques such as MT, EMI, UT, and thread gauging. Ensures compliance with API RP 5A5, API 5CT, DS-1 standards and client requirements. Conducts dimensional checks, thread inspection, grade verification, and detects defects such as pitting, cuts, cracks, and corrosion. Prepares accurate inspection reports, tags materials, and communicates results to client representatives. Ensures safe handling of tubulars and compliance with EXSOL and client safety rules.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of OCTG inspection processes, thread profiles, API connections, and NDT methods.

Lifting Gear Inspector
The Lifting Gear Inspector carries out inspection, examination, and certification of lifting gear and lifting equipment including slings, shackles, chain blocks, hoists, lifting beams, pad eyes, spreader bars, wire ropes, forklifts, man baskets, CCUs, and cranes according to international standards such as LOLER, ISO 4309, ASME B30 series, and client-specific requirements. Performs visual and dimensional inspections, load tests, NDT on welded lifting points, and issues detailed inspection reports and certificates. Ensures equipment safety, identifies defects, and recommends repairs or removals from service. Follows EXSOL and client QHSE procedures and contributes actively to safe lifting operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Thorough knowledge of lifting accessories, safe lifting practices, inspection criteria, defect identification, and certification requirements.
- Ability to carry out visual inspections, operational checks, load testing, and documentation in accordance with industry standards.

Reporting Clerk
The Reports Clerk is responsible for preparing, compiling and issuing final reports in consultation with technical personnel. This role ensures that all reports are accurate, complete, professionally formatted and that records are properly maintained for easy access and retrieval. The Reports Clerk supports operational and technical teams by managing documentation in line with company and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate final reports based on source data provided by technical personnel and in consultation with the Operations & Technical services manager.
- Ensure reports are accurate, complete and correctly formatted prior to submission.
- Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy filing systems to ensure easy and accurate access and retrieval of records.
